Pix-X'Set™-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring oil resistance and antistatic properties. These belts achieve maximum belt linear speeds of up to 30 m/sec and operate within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available, making them suitable for specific applications. The continued efforts of our R&D have enabled significant advancements in power ratings, exceeding those of most belts with similar construction available in the market. The ingredients used in the compound are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are also recommended for special applications like V-flat drives and are advantageous in scenarios where reverse idlers are employed due to their smaller heights.
