Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, boasting power ratings significantly higher than most competitors with similar construction. The belts are formulated with specially selected compounds tailored to meet specific power requirements, enhancing both performance and safety in critical applications. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, and a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with an operational temperature range between -18°C and +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for environments requiring compliance with safety regulations. These V-belts are primarily used as replacements in industrial drives and are suitable for specialized applications, including V-flat drives, as well as scenarios involving reverse idlers due to their reduced height dimensions.
