Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, having been developed through continued R&D efforts that allow for power ratings considerably higher than most belts of similar construction available in the market. The compounds used in the belts are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. The belts are oil-resistant, antistatic, and can achieve a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available for specific applications. Primarily intended for use as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are particularly recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and are advantageous in scenarios where reverse idlers need to be employed due to their smaller heights.
