Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring significant advancements through ongoing R&D efforts that have resulted in power ratings considerably higher than most belts with similar construction available in the market. The belts are crafted using selectively chosen ingredients in the compound to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These V-belts are primarily utilized as replacements on industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives. They are particularly advantageous for use with reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
