Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring advancements achieved through ongoing research and development that allow for power ratings considerably higher than most belts with the same construction available in the market. The compounds used are selectively chosen to meet the required power ratings, providing increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Key attributes include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available, making these belts suitable for various applications, primarily as replacements on industrial drives. The classical belts are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and are advantageous in situations involving reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
