Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, designed to achieve power ratings considerably higher than most belts of the same construction available in the market. Selectively chosen ingredients in the compound match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and a heightened level of safety on critical drives. The features of these belts include oil resistance and antistatic properties, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and an operating temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available for specific applications. Primarily utilized as replacements on industrial drives, the classical belts are recommended for special applications like V-flat drives and are particularly advantageous for scenarios involving reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
