Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission sector, developed through extensive research and development efforts that result in power ratings significantly higher than comparable belts available in the market. The compound's ingredients are selectively chosen to meet specific power ratings, providing advantages in increased power capacity and enhanced safety for critical drives. The features of these belts include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. These V-belts are primarily used as replacements in industrial drives, and classical belts are recommended for special applications, such as V-flat drives. Furthermore, these belts are beneficial when reverse idlers are employed due to their reduced height.
