Pix-X'set®-XS are innovative V-belts designed for power transmission, achieving power ratings significantly higher than most comparable belts on the market. The compound ingredients are meticulously selected to match the desired power ratings, providing advantages such as enhanced power output and improved safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, capable of handling a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and functioning effectively within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for applications requiring compliance with specific safety standards. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements on industrial drives and are particularly suited for special applications like V-flat drives. Their design also supports the use of reverse idlers, thanks to their reduced heights.
