Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring significantly higher power ratings compared to most belts with similar construction available in the market, thanks to advancements from our R&D team. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to meet the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily, these belts are used as replacements on industrial drives and are particularly recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, as they are beneficial in situations where reverse idlers need to be used due to their smaller heights.
