Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, designed to achieve power ratings considerably higher than most belts with similar construction available in the market, thanks to the selective choice of compound ingredients. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can operate at a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for applications requiring enhanced safety. Primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, and they are advantageous in scenarios where reverse idlers must be used due to smaller heights.
