Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring power ratings considerably higher than most belts of similar construction available in the market. These belts are formulated with selectively chosen compounds to meet required power ratings, resulting in increased power ratings and enhanced safety for critical drives. The belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for specific applications. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements on industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives. They are particularly advantageous in scenarios where reverse idlers are required, due to their smaller heights.
