Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, boasting power ratings considerably higher than most belts of similar construction available on the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to meet the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety for critical drives. These belts feature oil resistance, antistatic properties, and a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. They are primarily used as replacements in industrial drives, and are recommended for special applications like V-flat drives, as well as in situations where reverse idlers are necessary due to their smaller heights.
