Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts introduced in the power transmission market, developed through extensive R&D efforts that have led to power ratings significantly exceeding those of comparable belts. The compounds used are carefully selected to meet required power ratings, promoting increased power capacity and safety for critical drives. These V-belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Ideal for use as replacements in industrial drives, these classical belts are particularly beneficial in specialized applications such as V-flat drives, as well as in scenarios involving reverse idlers due to their reduced heights.
