Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, achieving power ratings significantly higher than most comparable belts on the market due to advanced R&D efforts. The compound's ingredients are selectively chosen to optimize power ratings, providing enhanced power safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and capable of maximum belt linear speeds up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements for industrial drives, while classical belts are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives. They are also beneficial in scenarios requiring reverse idlers, thanks to their reduced height profile.
