Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, achieving power ratings considerably higher than most belts of similar construction currently available in the market. The materials used in the compound have been carefully selected to meet the required power ratings, delivering significant benefits in terms of elevated power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can handle a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range between -18°C and +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily intended for use as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are particularly suited for special applications such as V-flat drives and are advantageous in situations that require reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
