Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring advancements in power ratings that surpass the capabilities of most belts with similar construction currently on the market. The compounds used in their manufacture are carefully selected to align with the required power ratings, providing significant benefits in increased power ratings and enhanced safety for critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, and a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec. These belts operate effectively within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C and are available with ATEX certification for flame-resistant applications. They are primarily utilized as replacements in industrial drives and are particularly effective in specialized scenarios such as V-flat drives and applications that require reverse idlers, due to their reduced height.
