Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring enhanced power ratings that significantly surpass those of comparable belts on the market. The compound ingredients are carefully selected to align with the required power ratings, providing notable benefits in terms of increased power ratings and a higher safety margin for critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and capable of achieving a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for specific applications. Primarily designed as replacements for industrial drives, these classical belts are also suitable for special applications such as V-flat drives and provide advantages in situations involving reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
