Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, showcasing enhanced power ratings that exceed those of most comparable belts on the market. The materials in the compound are specifically selected to achieve higher power ratings, providing significant advantages in terms of increased power capacity and added safety on critical drives. These V-belts feature oil resistance and antistatic properties, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for specialized applications. Primarily intended for use as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are also suitable for unique applications such as V-flat drives and are beneficial in scenarios involving reverse idlers due to their reduced height.
