Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, designed with advanced R&D efforts that have resulted in power ratings considerably higher than most belts of similar construction available in the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to meet required power ratings, providing advantages like increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and they operate within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Pix-X'Set®-XS belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are suitable for special applications such as V-flat drives, as well as advantageous in scenarios where reverse idlers are used due to their smaller heights.
