Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring advanced engineering to achieve significantly higher power ratings compared to most belts of similar construction on the market. The compound ingredients are carefully selected to meet the required power ratings, providing benefits such as increased power output and enhanced safety for critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and capable of a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily utilized as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are particularly effective in specialized applications like V-flat drives and in situations where reverse idlers are necessary due to their reduced height.
