Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring power ratings significantly higher than most belts with the same construction available in the market. The compound's ingredients are selectively chosen to meet specific power ratings, providing distinct advantages in increased power ratings and enhanced safety for critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. These V-belts are primarily used as replacements in industrial drives and are suitable for special applications such as V-flat drives and scenarios where reverse idlers are utilized due to their smaller heights.
