Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, designed with advanced R&D to achieve power ratings considerably higher than most belts with the same construction available in the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, offering distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, and are advantageous in scenarios requiring reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
