Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring advanced R&D that has resulted in power ratings significantly exceeding those of comparable belts on the market. The specially formulated compound ingredients are selected to optimize power ratings, providing distinct benefits such as enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can achieve a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily used as replacements for industrial drives, these classical belts are particularly suitable for special applications like V-flat drives and are advantageous in scenarios requiring reverse idlers due to their reduced height profile.
