Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, achieving power ratings significantly higher than many comparable belts currently available. The belts are constructed using selectively chosen compounds to match the required power ratings, which provide distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety for critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, and a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec. They operate within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C, and ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, benefiting from smaller heights, particularly in scenarios involving reverse idlers.
