Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, achieving power ratings considerably higher than most belts with similar construction available in the market. The ingredients used in the compound are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, offering distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available, making them suitable for various industrial applications, primarily as replacements on industrial drives. The classical belts are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, and they are advantageous in situations where reverse idlers need to be used due to their smaller heights.
