Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission industry, boasting power ratings significantly higher than most comparable belts available in the market due to extensive R&D efforts. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to meet required power ratings, providing advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. In addition, ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These V-belts are primarily used as replacements in industrial drives and are particularly recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and scenarios requiring reverse idlers, thanks to their smaller height profile.
