Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, boasting power ratings considerably higher than most belts of similar construction available on the market. The carefully selected ingredients in the compound are designed to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can handle a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily used as replacements for industrial drives, these classical belts are recommended for special applications like V-flat drives and are particularly advantageous where reverse idlers must be employed due to their smaller heights.
