Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, engineered through advanced R&D efforts to achieve significantly higher power ratings than most comparable belts in the market. These belts incorporate a specially formulated compound that enhances both power ratings and safety for critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. The Pix-X'Set®-XS belts are primarily designed as replacements for industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, and they are particularly advantageous in setups requiring reverse idlers due to their reduced heights.
