Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring designs developed through extensive R&D that achieve power ratings significantly higher than most belts of similar construction. The belts are composed of selectively chosen compounds that enhance power ratings and improve safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, and a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range from -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These V-belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, as well as situations requiring reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
