Pix-X'Set®-XS V-belts are designed for power transmission with superior power ratings compared to similar constructions available in the market. The compounds used are carefully selected to meet required power ratings, providing advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can achieve a maximum linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, operating effectively within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available for specialized applications. Primarily intended for use as replacements in industrial drives, these classical belts are particularly beneficial in unique situations such as V-flat drives and when utilizing reverse idlers due to their reduced height.
