Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission scenario, achieving power ratings significantly higher than most belts of similar construction available in the market, due to the selective choice of ingredients in the compound that align with the required power ratings. The belts exhibit several key features, including being oil resistant, antistatic, and capable of maximum belt linear speeds of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available for specific applications. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements for industrial drives and are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, while also offering advantages in configurations that utilize reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
