Pix-X'Set®-XS are innovative V-belts designed for power transmission, achieving power ratings significantly higher than typical belts of similar construction available in the market. These belts are formulated with selectively chosen compounds to enhance performance, offering advantages in both power ratings and power safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, and a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, while operating within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for environments requiring enhanced safety measures. The primary application of these belts is as replacements in industrial drives, and they are particularly beneficial in unique cases such as V-flat drives or applications involving reverse idlers due to their reduced height.
