Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring enhanced power ratings significantly higher than most belts with similar construction on the market. The compounds used in these belts are tailored to achieve the required power ratings, providing advantages in increased power capacity and safety for critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can handle a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available as an option. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements for industrial drives and are suitable for specific applications, including V-flat drives, as well as scenarios involving reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
