Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring a construction that allows for power ratings significantly higher than most comparable belts on the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to align with required power ratings, resulting in distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for special applications like V-flat drives. Additionally, the belts are advantageous in scenarios where reverse idlers need to be used due to their smaller heights.
