Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission industry, featuring power ratings significantly higher than most comparable belts available on the market. The compound ingredients are carefully selected to meet the required power ratings, yielding advantages such as enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can withstand a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for specific applications. Primarily utilized as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are also recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and provide benefits in configurations requiring reverse idlers due to their reduced height.
