Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, designed with advanced R&D to achieve power ratings higher than most competing belts of similar construction. The composition of the compound is selectively chosen to meet the necessary power ratings, providing distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety for critical drives. The belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range from -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available for specific applications. They are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, and they are recommended for special applications like V-flat drives and situations involving reverse idlers, owing to their reduced height.
