Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission sector, showcasing advanced R&D efforts that result in power ratings significantly exceeding those of comparable belts available in the market. The specially selected ingredients in the compound are formulated to meet the specific power ratings, delivering notable advantages in both increased power ratings and enhanced safety for critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily intended as replacements for industrial drives, the classical belts are particularly recommended for special applications, such as V-flat drives, and are advantageous in scenarios involving reverse idlers due to their reduced heights.
