Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring power ratings significantly higher than most belts with similar construction available in the market. The compounds used in the belt are carefully selected to match required power ratings, providing distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. The V-belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These belts are primarily utilized as replacements on industrial drives and are particularly effective in special applications such as V-flat drives. They are beneficial in scenarios requiring reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
