Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, showcasing advanced engineering achievements that enable power ratings considerably higher than most belts of similar construction available in the market. The ingredients in the compound are selectively chosen to achieve these higher power ratings while providing distinct advantages in power safety on critical drives. The belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available for specific applications. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives. Additionally, they are advantageous in scenarios where reverse idlers are used due to their smaller heights.
