Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, achieving power ratings significantly higher than most belts with the same construction available in the market. The ingredients used in the compound are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, offering distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. The belts feature oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified fire-resistant anti-static (FRAS) belts are also available. Primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and are advantageous for use with reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
