Our galvanized stock tanks are fabricated at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility dedicated to the exclusive production of high-quality water tanks. These tanks are constructed from flat, rolled steel, coated with heavy-duty zinc G90, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh weather conditions. The tanks feature a 4-ply, double-lock bottom with a deep sidewall corrugation for added strength, and the 1-1/8" top rim is permanently rolled for robust reinforcement. Each tank includes a 1" drain plug located 1" from the bottom for easy release of contents. The bottoms are made from 20-gauge galvanized steel, while the sides utilize 21-gauge steel, and all seams are sealed with PlioGrip® adhesive/sealant for superior bonding. Testing is conducted daily to ensure no leakers are present. The tanks are available in three sizes: Size A measures 70-1/2"W x 24"H with a capacity of approximately 405 gallons, Size B is 72"W x 24"H with a capacity of approximately 423 gallons, and Size C measures 73-1/2"W x 24"H with a capacity of approximately 441 gallons.
