Our galvanized stock tanks are expertly crafted in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility dedicated exclusively to producing high-quality water tanks. These tanks are made from flat, rolled steel coated with heavy-duty zinc G90, carefully shaped using computer-driven forming mills to ensure precision. The tanks feature 20-gauge galvanized bottoms and 21-gauge sides, along with a robust four-ply double-lock seam at the bottom, sealed with PlioGrip® adhesive/sealant for a superior bond. Each tank includes a drain plug, located one inch from the bottom for easy content release, and has a deep sidewall corrugation that enhances strength. The one-and-one-eighth inch top rim is permanently rolled for additional reinforcement, and a one-inch tube runs inside the rim to bolster structural integrity. The tanks are available in three sizes: Size A measures 58-1/2"L x 22-1/2"W x 24"H with a 125-gallon capacity, Size B measures 60"L x 24"W x 24"H with a 137-gallon capacity, and Size C measures 61-1/2"L x 25-1/2"W x 24"H with a 148-gallon capacity. Please note that the tank sizes are nominal and may be slightly less than the stated dimensions. All gallons listed are approximate, and for lower freight costs, three tanks of the same size can be nested, which may require the inner tanks to be slightly undersized.
