Our galvanized stock tanks are fabricated at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility dedicated to the exclusive production of high-quality water tanks. Constructed from flat, rolled steel coated with heavy-duty zinc G90, the tanks are precision cut and shaped using computer-driven forming mills to ensure a superior product. Each tank features a four-ply double-lock seam at the bottom, sealed with PlioGrip® adhesive/sealant for a robust bond, with 20-gauge galvanized bottoms and 21-gauge sides. The tanks undergo rigorous water testing before leaving the plant to ensure no leaks, and include a 1" drain plug for easy content release, located 1 inch from the bottom. Additionally, they are designed with deep sidewall corrugation for added strength, a 1-1/8" permanently rolled top rim for reinforcement, and a 1" tube inside the rim for further durability. The dimensions and capacities are as follows: Size A measures 58-1/2"L x 34-1/2"W x 24"H with a capacity of 183 gallons, Size B measures 60"L x 36"W x 24"H with a capacity of 195 gallons, and Size C measures 61-1/2"L x 37-1/2"W x 24"H with a capacity of 208 gallons.
