Our galvanized stock tanks are expertly fabricated at a dedicated manufacturing facility, utilizing high-quality steel and advanced production techniques to ensure superior strength and durability. Each tank is constructed from flat, rolled steel with a heavy-duty zinc G90 coating, which provides excellent resistance to harsh weather conditions. The manufacturing process includes precision cutting and shaping on computer-driven forming mills, followed by meticulous seam sealing with PlioGrip® adhesive for a strong, leak-free bond. The tanks feature 20-gauge galvanized bottoms and 21-gauge sides, reinforced with deep sidewall corrugation, a permanently rolled 1-1/8" top rim, and an additional 1" tube inside the rim for enhanced structural integrity. All gallons listed are approximate, and nominal tank sizes may be slightly less than stated. The dimensions and capacities of the tanks are as follows: Size A measures 46-1/2"L x 22-1/2"W x 12"H with a capacity of 49 gallons, Size B measures 48"L x 22"W x 12"H with a capacity of 53 gallons, and Size C measures 49-1/2"L x 25-1/2"W x 12"H with a capacity of 58 gallons. Additionally, for lower freight costs, three tanks of the same size can be nested, leading to inner tanks being undersized.
