Our galvanized stock tanks are fabricated at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility dedicated to the exclusive production of high-quality water tanks. These tanks are constructed from flat, rolled steel, coated with heavy-duty zinc G90, which provides durability and protects against harsh weather conditions. The tanks feature a 4-ply, double-lock bottom with a heavy-duty construction that includes 20-gauge galvanized bottoms and 21-gauge sides, ensuring unmatched quality and consistency. They are designed with a deep sidewall corrugation for added strength and a 1-1/8" top rim that is permanently rolled for strong reinforcement, along with a 1" tube inside the rim for additional support. Each tank includes a drain plug located 1" from the bottom for easy release of contents. The dimensions for Size A are 46-1/2"W x 24"H with a capacity of 176 gallons, Size B measures 48"W x 24"H with a capacity of 188 gallons, and Size C is 49-1/2"W x 24"H with a capacity of 200 gallons. All gallons listed are approximate, and the tanks undergo rigorous testing, with 3 or 4 sets filled with water daily to ensure no leakers leave the plant.
