Our galvanized stock tanks are fabricated at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility dedicated exclusively to high-quality water tanks. Made from flat, rolled steel coated with heavy-duty zinc G90, the tanks undergo a precise manufacturing process that includes cutting into lengths and forming on computer-driven mills to ensure quality and reduce human error. Each tank features a precision-cut bottom, spot welded and joined using a computer-guided seaming station that creates three circumferences around the tank bottom before applying a sealant. Tanks are rigorously tested for leaks by filling with water before leaving the plant. The tanks include a 1" drain plug located 1" from the bottom for easy content release, with 20-gauge galvanized bottoms and 21-gauge sides. Key features include deep sidewall corrugation for strength, a permanently rolled 1-1/8" top rim for reinforcement, a 1" tube inside the rim for added strength, and unmatched quality and consistency in construction. Please note that all gallon capacities are approximate, and tank sizes are nominal, slightly less than stated. The dimensions and capacities for the tanks are as follows: Size A measures 70-1/2"L x 22-1/2"W x 24"H, holding 153 gallons; Size B measures 72"L x 24"W x 24"H, with a capacity of 167 gallons; and Size C measures 68-3/4"L x 20-7/8"W x 23-3/4"H, accommodating 131 gallons.
