Our galvanized stock tanks are expertly manufactured from high-quality steel in a dedicated facility to ensure top-tier water storage solutions. The construction process involves using flat, rolled steel coated with heavy-duty zinc G90, which is precisely cut and formed on advanced computer-driven mills to minimize human error. Each tank features a 20-gauge galvanized bottom and 21-gauge sides, reinforced with a robust four-ply double-lock seam at the bottom sealed with PlioGrip® adhesive/sealant for superior durability. Additionally, the tanks possess deep sidewall corrugation for enhanced strength, a permanently rolled 1-1/8" top rim for solid reinforcement, and a 1" tube inside the rim for extra stability. All listed gallon capacities are approximate, with tank sizes defined as nominal, meaning they may be slightly smaller than indicated. For economical shipping, three tanks of the same size can be nested, requiring the inner tanks to be slightly undersized. Size A measures 70-1/2"L x 10-1/2"W x 24"H, with a capacity of 74 gallons; Size B measures 72"L x 12"W x 24"H, with a capacity of 87 gallons; and Size C measures 73-1/2"L x 13-1/2"W x 24"H, with a capacity of 99 gallons.
