Our galvanized stock tanks are fabricated at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility dedicated to high-quality water tanks. The tanks are made from flat, rolled steel coated with heavy-duty zinc G90, expertly shaped on computer-driven forming mills to ensure precision and minimize human error. Each tank features a 20-gauge galvanized bottom and 21-gauge sides, with a four-ply double-lock seam at the bottom sealed with PlioGrip® adhesive/sealant for maximum durability. A crucial attribute is the 1" drain plug located 1" from the bottom for easy release of contents. Additionally, the tanks have deep sidewall corrugation for added strength, a permanently rolled 1-1/8" top rim for reinforcement, and a 1" tube inside the rim for supplementary support. The sizes available are Size A: 34-1/2"L x 22-1/2"W x 24"H, 69 gallons; Size B: 36"L x 24"W x 24"H, 77 gallons; and Size C: 37-1/2"L x 25-1/2"W x 24"H, 117 gallons. It is important to note that tank sizes are nominal and will be slightly less than stated. For lower freight costs, three tanks of the same size will be nested, requiring the inner tanks to be undersized.
