Our galvanized stock tanks are fabricated at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility dedicated to the exclusive production of high-quality water tanks. Each tank is made from flat, rolled steel coated with heavy-duty zinc G90 and features a 20-gauge galvanized bottom and 21-gauge sides. The tanks are formed using computer-driven mills for precision, with spot welding and a computer-guided seaming station that makes three circumferences around each bottom before applying a sealer. For quality assurance, tanks are filled with water for testing to ensure no leaks. The design includes deep sidewall corrugation for added strength, a permanently rolled 1-1/8" top rim for reinforcement, and an internal 1" tube for additional structural support. Each tank comes equipped with a 1" drain plug located 1" from the bottom for easy content release. Sizes available include Size A at 46-1/2"L x 22-1/2"W x 24"H with a capacity of 97 gallons, Size B at 48"L x 24"W x 24"H with a capacity of 107 gallons, and Size C at 49-1/2"L x 25-1/2"W x 24"H with a capacity of 117 gallons. Please note that the tank sizes are nominal and may be slightly less than the stated dimensions.
