Pix-X'set™-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission industry, featuring significantly higher power ratings compared to other belts with similar construction on the market. The compound ingredients are carefully selected to meet the necessary power ratings, providing advantages in terms of increased power capabilities and enhanced safety for critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. The Pix-X'set™-XS is primarily utilized as replacements on industrial drives, and classical belts are recommended for special applications like V-flat drives. These belts also offer benefits in scenarios requiring reverse idlers due to their lower height requirements.
